<br />IN TIlE CITY COUNCIL or THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-007 <br /> <br />(3100) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP FOR TRACT 7791, CONVERSION OF <br />THE EXISTING WILLOWS TOWNHOUSE APARTMENTS INTO CONDOMINIUM <br />UNITS, ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 080G-1287-001-02, LOCATED AT 650-740 FARGO <br />AVENUE, OWNER AND APPLICANT: WILLOWS FARGO, INC. <br /> <br />rindings <br /> <br />Subject to the findings contained in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for <br /> <br />Tract 779 I, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, togethcr with the provisions for its <br /> <br />dcsign and improvcmcnt, is consistent with the General Plan <br /> <br />Rccitals <br /> <br />There has been submitted to this Council, a Final Tract Map entitled "Tract Map 7791, <br /> <br />City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of Cali Cornia". <br /> <br />The City Engincer, in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract 7791, <br /> <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A and incOlvorated herein by rcference, has certi flcd that said Final <br /> <br />Map conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore approved; that it is technically correct; <br /> <br />and that the subdivider has complied with thc provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San <br /> <br />Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions ofthc Subdivision Map Act. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council oCthe City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />A. That said Tract Map 7791 is catcgorically excrnpt from the environmental review <br /> <br />requirement ofCEQA, under Class 15, Minor Land Suhdivision, of Title 28, Chapter 1 of the <br /> <br />San Leandro Administrative Codc. <br />
