The Pacific
Hening do not spawn over mud substrates found on the east SIde of San Francisco Bay.
Spawning and rearing nonnally occurs from December into March, which would also be
outside the window being considered for construction. None of these species have been
observed at the project site.

IV.d)

The proposed project \vill involve relocation of boat launching facilities of nearly
equivalent dimensions and volume to the eXlst1l1g launching facility to be removed under
a separate project The existing launching facility will be closed to the public upon
completion of the new facility There will be a net increase of approxImately 700 total
cubic yards of solid fill and approximately 500 sf. of floating fill that IS not cllltlclpated La
1l1terfere wIth the movement of any native reSIdent fish or vnldhfc over that presently
exi sting.

IV.e)

Although included by reference in the Long-Ten11 Managment Strategy (LTMS) for the
San Francisco Bay, and shown in the San Francisco Bay Plan, there are no hsted wildlife
species of concem or priority uses indicated, respectively, in eIther document for the
project site.
