<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR THE DAVIS STREET/EAST 14TH STREET <br />LIGHTING AND PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 03-961-83-062 <br /> <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and St. Francis Electric, dated October 11,2005 <br /> <br />by Resolution No. 2005-132, Davis Street/East 14th Street Lighting and Pedestrian <br /> <br />Improvements, Project No. 03-961-83-062, has been completed. <br /> <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br /> <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br /> <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br /> <br />project. <br /> <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br /> <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br /> <br />4. That upon completion of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant <br /> <br />to said contract, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br /> <br />Director, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore <br /> <br />given for maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember <br /> <br />and passed and adopted <br /> <br />this 5th day of March 2007, by the following called vote: <br />
