<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-025 <br /> <br />(3068) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR THE DAVIS STREET/EAST 14TH STREET <br />LIGHTING AND PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 03-961-83-062 <br /> <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and St. Francis Electric, dated October 11, 2005 <br />by Resolution No. 2005-132, Davis Street/East 14th Street Lighting and Pedestrian <br />Improvements, Project No. 03-961-83-062, has been completed. <br /> <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />project. <br /> <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br /> <br />4. That upon completion of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to <br />said contract, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br />Director, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore <br />given for maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 5th day of March 2007, <br />by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, ProIa, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />(7) <br />(0) <br />(0) <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
