B - No H - Most of those type (all probably) are handled by their Community and Economic Development Dept., they send out a letter advising the non-profits of the wage requirement and the non profits sign and return stating they will comply o - Some of their non-profits put in for economic hardship exemptions such as the Zoo and Children's Fairyland, but none were granted R - Since it only applies to those with 20 or more employees and to those employees spending 50% or more of their time on city matters, there has been no impact as far as they can tell.
