A <br />fourth round of ballots was distributed. <br /> <br />The results of the fourth ballot were: <br /> <br />Councilmember Gregory for Jim ProIa. <br />Vice Mayor Grant for Jim ProIa. <br />Councilmember Souza for Carmen Fewless. <br />Councilmember Starosciak for Jim ProIa. <br />Mayor Santos for Carmen Fewless. <br /> <br />Mayor Santos stated that, in order to come to a decision tonight, he would nominate <br />Jim ProIa for appointment to the District 6 City Council seat. <br /> <br />B. (1495) <br /> <br />The City Council appointed Jim Proia as City Councilmember, District 6. <br /> <br />M/S/C Santos and Starosciak. Ayes: 5; Noes: 0; Absent 1 (Stephens) <br /> <br />New District 6 City Councilmember Jim ProIa took his Oath of Office administered by <br />the City Clerk. <br /> <br />4.
