No physical changes would directly occur with the text and map amendment, and any future <br />assembly uses that may request entitlement, would undergo their own environmental review. None of the project sites are located <br />within the boundaries of the Alameda County Airport Land Use Plan. No impacts to hazards and hazardous materials are anticipated. <br />9.
