No physical changes would directly occur with the text and map amendment, and any future <br />assembly uses that may request entitlement, would undergo their own environmental review. One of the criteria used for selection of <br />the overlay sites, was that they abut or be within 1,4 mile of an arterial roadway, in order to facilitate better traffic flow and not be a <br />burden on local residents and businesses. In addition, traffic generated by assembly uses is typically made at off.peak hours.
