Roll Call <br /> <br />The meeting began at approximately 5:00 PM with roll call. <br /> <br /> <br />o General Assembl in Industrial Limited IL <br /> <br />II. Action Items <br /> <br />, anning Manager, provided the RAC with a PowerPoint Presentation <br />whic r . ed an overview of the proposed zoning text amendment to allow general <br />assem ly uses in some industrially-zoned areas in San Leandro. Pollart explained that <br />one of the catalysts for this proposed amendment was an application from Faith <br />Fellowship Church (FFC) to occupy a site at 14600 Catalina (currently zoned as <br />Industrial Park [IPD, as well as a request from FFC to rezone the site to Industrial <br />Limited (IL). <br /> <br />In response to this request, the Community Development Department considered two <br />options. Option 1 would allow assembly uses to be conditionally permitted in IL zones. <br />Option 2 would consider a zoning overlay option much like the (8) overlay district in the <br />City's commercial corridors. Pollart reported the recommendation of a joint meeting of <br />the Planning Commission (PC) and Board of Zoning Adjustments (BZA) was Option 2, <br /> <br />A TT ACHMENT H <br />
