Such costs will include, but not <br />be limited to, reclamation/reuse studies and that portion of bay water monitoring and <br />research not directly related to predischarge or post-discharge monitoring of the Bay <br />Outfall; plus allocated general administrative expenses attributable to Planning and <br />Special Studies activities. <br />Policies And Procedures <br />The term "Policies And Procedures" shall mean all those certain rules and <br />regulations adopted by the Commission from time to time for carrying out all the <br />business of the Authority. <br />Proiect Costs <br />The term "Project Costs" shall mean all costs directly associated with the <br />planning, design and construction of all facilities for the Phase I Project, including <br />preliminary planning to determine feasibility of the project; engineering, architectural, <br />legal, fiscal or economic investigation or studies; surveys, design, plans, specifications, <br />working drawings or procedures; erection, building, acquisition, alteration, remodeling, <br />improvement or extension of treatment work; inspection and supervision of the <br />construction activities; right of way acquisition, and administration and management <br />directly identified with and charged to the foregoing activities. <br />Proiect Report <br />The term "Project Report" shall mean that report entitled "Water Quality <br />Management Program - Phase I Project", dated February, 1974 and all amendments <br />and supplements thereto approved by the Commission. <br />Reclamation/Reuse Study <br />The term "Reclamation/Reuse Study" shall mean that study as outlined in the <br />plan of study dated June 20,1977, and approved by the Commission on July 14, 1977, <br />including such additional studies that the Commission shall approve. <br /> <br />-4- <br />
