<br />. <br />. . <br /> <br />III. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />A. The applicant and/or property owner shall encourage staff and patrons to be <br />respectful of the residential neighborhood and to park only in legal spaces, and not <br />to block driveways, double-park, and to otherwise observe public parking <br />restrictions. In addition, the applicant and/or property owner shall post a notice to <br />this effect inside of its establishment and have an insert in the menus. <br /> <br />B. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as the <br />Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of <br />Alameda County. <br /> <br />C. No application for amendment of the application or Conditions of Approval may be <br />submitted or accepted for processing" by the City unless (i) there is fun compliance <br />with all terms of the application and Conditions of Approval; or (ii) the Community <br />Development Director waives compliance with the terms of the application and <br />Conditions of Approval pending application for amendment. <br /> <br />D. Pursuant to Zoning Code Sec.tion 5-2218, this approval shall lapse on February 21, <br />2008 unless a) there is diligent progress evidencing a good faith intent to commence <br />the intended use, or b) a written request for a one-year extension of the site plan <br />review is approved by the Zoning Enforcement Official. <br /> <br />Agreement to Conditions <br />PLN2007 -00007 <br /> <br />February 21,2007 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />
