<br />soap, cleaning agent or degreaser shall not be discharged to the stonn drain and <br />shall be collected and discharged to the sanitary sewer or collected and treated <br />prior to being lawfully disposed. <br /> <br />CC. No person shall dispose of, nor pennit the disposal, directly or indirectly, of <br />vehicle fluids, hazardous materials, or rinsewater from parts cleaning operations <br />into storm drains. No vehicle fluid removal shall be performed outside a building, <br />nor on asphalt or ground surfaces, whether inside or outside a building, except in <br />such a manner as to ensure that any spilled fluid will be in an area of secondary <br />containment. Leaking vehicle fluids shall be contained or drained from the vehicle <br />immediately. No person shall leave unattended drip parts or other open containers <br />containing vehicle fluid, unless such containers are in use or in an area that cannot <br />discharge to the storm drain, such as an area with secondary containment. <br /> <br />DD. All on-site storm drains must be inspected and, if necessary, cleaned at least once <br />a year immediately prior to the rainy season. <br /> <br />VI. FENCING AND SCREENING REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />A. All fencing and walls on the project site shall be structurally sound, graffiti-free <br />and well-maintained at all times. <br /> <br />B. Barbed or razor wire shall not be installed on any fence, wall or building on the <br />project site. <br /> <br />C. Electrical transformers shall be vaulted underground. In the event that the <br />transformer cannot be undergrounded, it shall be screened from view consistent <br />with the access requirements of PG&E. Details for screening shall be subject to <br />the review and approval ofthe Community Development Director. <br /> <br />VII. MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />A. The project site shall be well-maintained and shall be kept free of litter, debris and <br />weeds at all times; during construction, the site shall be well maintained and shall <br />be kept free of litter, debris and weeds. <br /> <br />B. Any graffiti shall be promptly removed from building walls, perimeter soundwalls <br />and/or fences. The developer and its successors in interest shall comply with the <br />rules and regulations of the City's graffiti removal program and shall grant a <br />license and right of entry as requested to enforce the terms of such program. <br /> <br />C. All landscaping improvements shall be maintained in a healthy, growing condition <br />at all times. <br /> <br />D.
