<br />guidelines and that certain Grant Contract Project Number YR-01-001) <br />are collected and maintained throughout the grant period. <br /> <br />f. District hereby agrees and grants access to City staff, its <br />designees, and assigns to enter the school site as may be necessary in <br />order to complete design and construction performed under this <br />agreement. <br /> <br />IV. Ownership of Improvements and Cost Repairing and Replacing <br />Same <br /> <br />All improvements installed on the Site shall remain property of the <br />District, which shall be solely responsible for the repair and replacement <br />of damaged property. <br /> <br />V. Maintenance Responsibilities <br /> <br />District shall be solely responsible for maintenance of the Site and <br />Facilities and all utility costs. <br /> <br />VI. Project Schedule <br /> <br />It is generally agreed that, within the constraints of the <br />construction process, it is desirable for construction to occur between <br />June 2007 and September 2007. Within forty-five (45) days of final <br />approval of this agreement, the parties will work together to establish a <br />mutually agreeable schedule for all project activities. The City will work <br />with District to meet the agreed schedule but City provides no warranty <br />that schedule will be met. <br /> <br />VII. Termination of Agreement <br /> <br />a. Notice of Termination. Either party may terminate this <br />Agreement by mutual consent or cause with delivery of written notice of <br />election to terminate at least six (6) months in advance.
