<br />DRAFT 4/02107 <br /> <br />(c) For an acupuncturist permit, a copy of applicant's license to practice acupuncture <br />issued by the California Acupuncture Board. <br /> <br />(d) All the information required by subdivisions (b) through (k) of Section 4-23-300. <br /> <br />Section 13. The last paragraph of Section 4-23-420 of Title 4 of the San Leandro <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Notice of revocation ofthe permit shall be given in writing to the acupuncturist, <br />masseur, or masseuse by the City Manager. The acupuncturist, masseur or masseuse shall <br />cease all operations under the permit within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery of said notice, <br />unless a notice of appeal is filed pursuant to the provisions of Section 4-23-425." <br /> <br />Section 14. Section 4-23-425 of Title 4 ofthe San Leandro Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"The appeal provisions of Section 4-23-335 shall be applicable to an applicant for or <br />holder of an acupuncturist, masseur, or masseuse permit." <br /> <br />Section 15. The first sentence of Subsection (b) of Section 4-23-505 of Title 4 of the San <br />Leandro Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"All acupuncturists, masseurs, masseuses and employees shall be clean and wear <br />clean outer garments whose use is restricted to the acupuncture or massage establishment." <br /> <br />Section 16. Section 4-23-515 of Title 4 ofthe San Leandro Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Every permittee operating a acupuncture or massage establishment shall allow <br />inspection of thereof during business hours by the City Manager, the Health Officer, the <br />Chief of Police or their representatives." <br /> <br />Section 17. Section 4-23-520 of Title 4 ofthe San Leandro Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"No acupuncture or massage establishment granted a permit under the provisions of <br />this Article shall place, publish or distribute or cause to be placed, published or distributed <br />any advertising matter that depicts any portion of the human body that would reasonably <br />suggest to prospective patrons that any service is available other than those services <br />described in Article 1 of this Chapter, nor shall any acupuncture or massage establishment <br />indicate in the text of such advertising that any service is available other than those services <br />described in Article 1 of this Chapter." <br /> <br />Section 18.
