<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATION OF GENERAL FUNDS <br />FOR DOOLITTLE DRIVE ENTRYW A Y IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE 1 AND 2, <br />PROJECT NO. 230-43-155 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Oakland has agreed to contribute $1,001,400 and the Port of <br /> <br />Oakland has agreed to contribute $381,500 to Phase 1 of the Doolittle Drive Entryway <br /> <br />Improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Port of Oakland has agreed to contribute $197,262 to Phase 2 of the <br /> <br />Doolittle Drive Entryway Improvements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council ofthe City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />That $1,001,400 of funds contributed by the City of Oakland and $381,500 of funds <br /> <br />contributed by the Port of Oakland be appropriated for Phase 1 of the Doolittle Drive Entryway <br /> <br />Improvements, Project No. 230-43-155; and <br /> <br />That $197,262 of funds contributed by the Port of Oakland be appropriated for Phase 2 of <br /> <br />the Doolittle Drive Entryway Improvements, Project No. 230-43-155. <br /> <br />Introduced by Counci1member <br /> <br />and passed and adopted <br /> <br />this 16th day of April 2007 by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
