<br />City Planner's Report <br />Parcel Map 9401 <br /> <br />April 3, 2007 <br />Page 2 of2 <br /> <br />With approval of the Parking Exception, the project was found to conform with the standards of <br />Article 32 Non-Residential Condominium Conversion and was approved by the Board of Zoning <br />Adjustments on February 15, 2007. <br /> <br />SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />1. Parcel Map 9401 is in compliance with Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro <br />Municipal Code (Subdivision Ordinance). <br /> <br />2. Parcel Map 9401 is in compliance with the Subdivision Map Act (California Government <br />Code) . <br /> <br />3.
