<br />Elevations shall be shown on at least one monument disk or permanent <br />comer set to City of San Leandro Datun with X, Y, Z, NA VD88. <br /> <br />DD. The proposed Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions (CCR's) for the <br />project shall be approved by the City prior to approval ofthe Final Map. <br /> <br />EE. Prior to approval of the Final Map, the applicant shall submit a construction <br />cost estimate of all the improvements to be performed, both within the <br />public right-of-way and within the project boundary for review and approval <br />by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />FF. Prior to the recordation of the Final Map with the Alameda County <br />Recorder's Office, the Subdivider shall submit to the City Engineer <br />computer files containing the points and lines of the Final Map in an <br />AutoCAD-readable format. Additionally, the Subdivider is to provide a <br />computer disk that includes AutoCAD-readable files of the public and <br />private improvements, PDF files of geotechnical reports, hydraulic reports <br />and any other required submitted documents. <br /> <br />GG. Prior to the issuance of Building Permits, the Developer shall obtain City <br />Council approval of the Final Map and enter into a Subdivision <br />Improvement Agreement, Public Improvement Agreement, and other <br />agreements required by the City Engineer for this project. <br /> <br />RH. If the design of any site improvements requires encroachments onto <br />neighboring properties during construction, written agreements with that <br />property owner shall be submitted to the City Engineer, for review and <br />approval, prior to issuance of the building permits. <br /> <br />II. The Applicant shall comply with the provisions of the City's Grading <br />Ordinance and the Urban Runoff Clean Water Program. The City requires a <br />grading permit any time more than fifty (50) cubic yards of material is <br />moved or more than 5,000 square feet is disturbed. The Ordinance requires <br />that an erosion control and sediment plan be prepared, submitted and <br />approved by the City prior to issuance of a Grading Permit. <br /> <br />JJ. This project replaces over 10,000 square feet of impervious surface. Per <br />Provision C.3 of the countywide municipal stormwater National Pollutant <br />Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit, post-construction <br />stormwater treatment measures must be incorporated into this project. Over <br />fifty percent of the existing impervious surface at this site will be replaced, <br />so treatment is required fix runoff from the entire site.
