The total design and construction cost of the Bay Trail Slough Bridge project IS <br />approximately $3.4 million <br />. This grant will provide $750,000 for the project <br />. A total of $1,000,000 in new and existing construction funding has already been granted <br />from the ACTIA Measure B Program <br />. Both Grant and local Measure B funding will be utilized as the required matching funds <br />. There is currently an $809,000 shortfall in funds to complete the construction of the project <br />. The City will continue to pursue the balance of the project funds from other grant funding <br />sources <br />.
