<br />Airport Noise Insulation Approve Amendment <br />of Contract and Change Order <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />April 11, 2007 <br /> <br />Current City Council Policy <br />Not Applicable <br /> <br />Previous City Council Action(s) <br />At the June 26, 2004 meeting, City Council approved the following items: <br /> <br />· The Appropriation of Funds from the Port of Oakland to the City of San Leandro in the <br />Amount of $5,000,000 related to the Residential Airport Noise Insulation Program. <br /> <br />· Approval of the Contractual Service Agreement with C. Kell-Smith & Associates, Inc. for <br />Professional Services related to the Administration of a Residential Airport Noise Insulation <br />Program. <br /> <br />At the January 17,2006 meeting, City Council approved the following items: <br /> <br />· Approval of the award of contract to G.E. Chen Construction, Inc., for Contractor Services <br />related to the Introductory Phase of a Residential Airport Noise Insulation Program. <br /> <br />At the September 18, 2006 meeting, City Council approved the following items: <br /> <br />· Acceptance for work on the Introductory Phase of the Airport Noise Insulation Program and <br />the filing of a Notice of Completion for said work. <br /> <br />City Council Committee Review and Action <br />March 2, 2007 - Committee was notified of intent to recommend to Council the approval to <br />amend current G.E.
