<br />losses, suffered by SELLER or Seller's Agents as a direct or indirect result of any or all of the <br />following: <br /> <br />A. Any misrepresentation made by AGENCY in Section 10.2 ofthis Agreement. <br />B. Any obligations, liabilities, or claims arising from or in any way related to a claim by any <br />third party for personal injuries sustained on the Property as a result the AGENCY's acts or <br />omissions or after Close of Escrow. <br />C. The indemnification obligations of AGENCY set forth in this Section and otherwise in <br />this Agreement shall survive termination of this Agreement or Close of Escrow and recordation <br />of the Grant Deed, but shall not be of any force and effect in the event of AGENCY's negligence <br />or misconduct. <br /> <br />15. RELEASE OF CLAIMS RELATED TO COMPENSATION IN EMINENT <br />DOMAIN <br /> <br />SELLER agrees that the compensation paid by AGENCY at the Close of Escrow hereunder is <br />full compensation and adequate compensation for the Property for eminent domain claims, <br />including but not limited to precondemnation damages claims, goodwill claims, relocation <br />claims, or claims for costs, interest or attorneys' fees related to the acquisition or the actions of <br />AGENCY leading up to the purchase of this Property, but excluding any compensation for <br />claims related to the AGENCY's entry onto the Property pursuant to this Agreement or any other <br />liability under this Agreement. This Section 15 shall become effective upon Close of Escrow, <br />but shall be null and void in the event this Agreement is terminated. <br /> <br />16. GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />16.1 Notices.
