Nothing in this letter shall be <br />construed as the City's or Agency's waiver of any requirements that would <br />otherwise apply to Mercy to obtain City/Agency funding, receive permits, pay <br />fees, and make dedications to the City/Agency. <br /> <br />d. Mercy may not assign any right or obligation pursuant to this letter. Any <br />attempted or purported assignment of any right or obligation pursuant to this letter <br />shall be void and of no effect. <br /> <br />e. Mercy may not access the Islander Motel without at least 3 days notification to <br />and the approval of the Agency. <br /> <br />f.
