Presentation to Agency Board and Execution of ENRA between September 6,2005 (Effective Date) <br /> Developer and Agency. <br />2. Presentation to Business Development Committee updating October 20, 2005 <br /> current development and property management status of the <br /> Islander Motel. (Developer will attend future BDC meetings, <br /> which occur on the third Thursday of each month from 10 am to <br /> 11 :30 am, on an as needed basis at the request of the Agency.) <br />3. Preliminary Development Submittals. The Developer to deliver By 60 days after the Effective Date <br /> the following preliminary documents to the Agency: <br /> . Three (3) Preliminary Development Plans (including <br /> description of the proposed affordable rental housing project <br /> (rehab or new construction, target population), initial <br /> property management plan, supportive services concept plan <br /> (if applicable) and financing plan (which will include a <br /> fmancial proforma).] <br /> . Architectural Drawings (including visuals of the proposed <br /> development concept plan) <br /> . Planning Timeline associated with Development Plan <br />4. Presentation of Options to City Council for Recommendations. By 90 days after the Effective Date <br />5. Make minor edits/modifications to the preferred Preliminary By 120 days after the Effective Date <br /> Development Plan. including fmancial proforma and architectural <br /> drawings. per City Council and City staff feedback under Item 4 <br /> above if appropriate to proceed with negotiating the business <br /> terms ofthe DDA. <br />6. Negotiate Business Terms ofDDA. By 150 days after the Effective Date <br />7. First Community Workshop.
