<br />Over Crowded Household. Persons who have three or more persons legally renting <br />the motel room. <br /> <br />Occupancy Standards. Therefore, the Agency will administer <br />the Relocation Assistance Program in compliance with the California Relocation Assistance Law <br />(Government Code S7260 et seq.) and implementing guidelines (California Code of Regulations, <br />Title 25, Chapter 6). An explanation and application of these guidelines follow. <br /> <br />~Summary of Benefit1 <br /> <br />The Agency has adopted the following Relocation Assistance Program in order to <br />provide the project occupants with the benefits to which they are entitled under State of <br />California Relocation Guidelines. <br /> <br />A. Relocation Advisory Assistance. A Relocation Adviser will be assigned <br />to each eligible occupant. The Relocation Advisor shall provide ongoing advisory assistance to <br />the occupant by assisting the occupant in locating and securing a replacement dwelling. In <br />addition, the Relocation Advisor shall ensure that each eligible occupant receives the following: <br /> <br />1. Each eligible occupant will receive written documentation informing them of their <br />rights and the availability of Relocation Assistance. <br /> <br />2. Each eligible occupant shall be inteNiewed by their Relocation Advisor in order to <br />ascertain replacement needs.
