<br />Project Planning <br /> <br />ICitizen Participation' <br /> <br />The Redevelopment Agency shall coordinate activities related to relocations as required <br />by this project. The Agency has encouraged citizen participation by persons within the Project <br />Area. As part of the public review process the Agency encouraged the development of a <br />Redevelopment Advisory Committee ("RAC"). The committee is made up of persons from the <br />community who are charged with overseeing Agency activities within this Redevelopment <br />Project Area. The RAC was given the opportunity to review and comment on the Draft <br />Relocation Impact Study and to monitor the Agency's Relocation Assistance Program. The RAC <br />will have access to documents such as Relocation Impact Studies and the Agencys relocation <br />policies and procedures. The committee has the right to submit comments and have those <br />comments included in the Relocation Impact Study. The Agency will meet with the committee to <br />provide any additional information or to answer any questions. In providing information to the <br />committee, the Agency will safeguard any confidential material or information that is protected by <br />law. <br /> <br />Each project resident was notified in writing that the Draft Relocation Impact Studywas <br />available for review, will be given the opportunity to submit comments and have those comments <br />included in the Final Relocation Impact Study, and were given prompt responses to their <br />comments. Agency staff and Relocation Advisors were available to I answer any questions from <br />the project occupants about the relocation assistance process and were available to provide <br />additional information as requested. <br /> <br />beet Cost Estimatel <br /> <br />The following estimates are for budgeting purposes only. These figures should not be <br />interpreted as firm "not to exceed" at or actual entitlement costs. These figures are based on the <br />data obtained through occupant interview, current project scope, replacement site availability; <br />market rent research and the judgment and experience of the writer.
