<br />3) An administrative review of the appeal will be conducted and a written response <br />will be mailed to the claimant. <br /> <br />If the claimant is not satisfied with the results of the administrative review, then: <br /> <br />4) Claimant makes a written request to the Redevelopment Agency in care of the <br />Community Development Director requesting that a Relocation Appeals Board <br />hearing be scheduled. <br /> <br />5) Relocation Appeals Board shall be convened and a hearing shall be conducted <br />as follows: <br /> <br />a) Introduction/Background - Staff <br />b) Claimant Presentation - Claimant <br />c) Agency Response to Claimant's Presentation - Staff <br />d) Claimant's Response - Claimant <br />e) Deliberation - Appeals Board <br />f) Decision - Appeals Board <br /> <br />6) Relocation Appeals Board findings and recommendations are sent to the <br />Redevelopment Agency for consideration. <br /> <br />At all stages in this process, the claimant may be represented by legal counsel; however, such <br />representation is at the sole expense of the claimant. <br /> <br />Relocation Impact Study and Last Resort Housing Plan <br />Page 22 <br />
