<br />IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-009 RDA <br /> <br />(3098) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) <br />BETWEEN CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, SAN LEANDRO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />AND KAISER FOUNDATION HOSPITALS RELATED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE <br />FORMER ALBERTSONS DISTRffiUTION CENTER AS A MEDICAL CENTER AND <br />RETAIL DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between City of San Leandro, the San <br /> <br />Leandro Redevelopment Agency and KAISER FOUNDATION HOSPITALS, a copy of which <br /> <br />is attached, has been presented to this Agency. <br /> <br />The Agency is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />The Executive Director has recommended the approval of said MOD. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br /> <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by Agency Member Santos and passed and adopted this 18th day of <br /> <br />September, 2006, by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Agency: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Members Badger, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; Chair Young <br /> <br />(5) <br />(0) <br />(2) <br />(0) <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />RECUSED: Members Grant, Nardine <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, Agency Secretary <br />
