CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />A. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br /> <br />B. Roll Call <br /> <br />PRESENT: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Lothrop, <br />Nardine; Mayor Young <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />2. PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />A. Mayor's State of the City Address. <br /> <br />Mayor Shelia Young gave the annual State of the City Address, providing an <br />overview of accomplishments of the past year, as well as projections for the <br />upconnng year. <br /> <br />After giving the address the Mayor left the City Council Meeting due to illness. <br />Vice Mayor Galvan presided over the remainder of the meeting. <br /> <br />The City Council recessed from 7:45 p.m. to 7:55 p.m. <br /> <br />3. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Public Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person, for a total time period of one <br />hour. When you address the City Council, you should fiU out a speaker card and <br />submit it to the City Clerk so the order of speakers may be determined and an official <br />record of names and addresses obtained. The public is invited to make any comments <br />related to Agenda items, or other items of public interest, at this time. <br /> <br />A. Harold Perez, 2052 Vestal Court, addressed the City Council regarding concerns <br />with his immediate neighborhood, including abandoned grocery carts, airport <br />noise, traffic enforcement, and dredging of the marina. <br />
