Ayes: 6; Noes: 0; Absent: Loerner <br /> <br />B. Report on Closed Session Actions Taken. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />9. CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />A. Vice Mayor Galvan commented on the Geological Hazard Abatement District <br />(GRAD) Survey and indicated he hopes there is a speedy resolution to the survey <br />and the results. He asked how staff intends to get the word back out to those <br />residents that were surveyed. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Galvan continued by commenting on "Operation Exile," explaining it <br />is a program by which, if you are caught committing a crime, you are exiled from <br />the County to another State. He would like to have the Police Chief look into the <br />program and see how it actually works. <br /> <br />B. Council Member Lothrop indicated she had attended a presentation and Swing <br />Dance put on by the Arts Council over the weekend at the Marina Community <br />Center. She said there was a great turnout and a very successful event. <br />
