M1S/C Galvan and Grant. Ayes: 6; Noes: 0; Absent: Loerner B. Report on Closed Session Actions Taken. None 9. CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS A. Vice Mayor Galvan commented on the Geological Hazard Abatement District (GRAD) Survey and indicated he hopes there is a speedy resolution to the survey and the results. He asked how staff intends to get the word back out to those residents that were surveyed. Vice Mayor Galvan continued by commenting on "Operation Exile," explaining it is a program by which, if you are caught committing a crime, you are exiled from the County to another State. He would like to have the Police Chief look into the program and see how it actually works. B. Council Member Lothrop indicated she had attended a presentation and Swing Dance put on by the Arts Council over the weekend at the Marina Community Center. She said there was a great turnout and a very successful event.
