He also indicated <br />Walnut Drive is not a "quick-fix" situation as was Menlo Street, adding that <br />Walnut Drive issues include needs such as storm drainage, and there is a need to <br />talk with the residents as to how those issues can be resolved. The City Manager <br />concluded by reviewing the history of Walnut Drive and the standards under which <br />they were annexed into the City. <br /> <br />The City Council recessed from 9:20 p.m. to 9:35 p.m. <br /> <br />8. PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />A. Presentation of the City Manager's Proposed 2000-2001 Budget. <br /> <br />The City Manager gave a presentation regarding the proposed Fiscal Year 2000- <br />2001 Budget. It was noted there will be a Work Session on June 12, 2000, and a <br />Public Hearing held regarding the proposed budget on June 19,2000. <br /> <br />10. CONTINUED PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Continued Public Comments is limited to the balance of speaker cards that have been <br />submitted to the City Clerk and any new speakers who have not been heard. <br />Comments will be limited to 5 minutes per speaker. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />11.
