CALL TO ORDER

A. Roll Call

PRESENT: Agency Members Galvan, Glaze, Grant, Loefller, Lothrop,
Nardine; Mayor Young

ABSENT: None

2. PUBLIC COMMENTS

Public Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person, for a total time period of one
hour. When you address the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency, you should fill out
a speaker card and submit it to the Agency Secretary/City Clerk so the order of
speakers may be determined and an official record of names and addresses obtained.
The public is invited to make any comments related to Agenda items, or other items of
public interest, at this time.

A. Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, addressed the Agency, stating persons
should be able to speak about items on the Agenda after Agency members have
discussed the matter. He also remarked about the need to be aware of all ex-parte
communications that take place. He further commented that he has not received a
list of every JP A the City has with the County on every project that exists and
concluded by stating the Agency/County is not keeping the public informed of the
business that is taking place.
