Resolution No. 2000-115, Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute <br />an Agreement with Union Pacific Railroad Company Related to Improving <br />Railroad Crossings at Various Locations, Phase IT, and the Appropriation of <br />General Fund Money for Phase II and Phase III Work (provides for railroad <br />crossing improvements at six locations on Doolittle Drive and Merced Street and <br />appropriation of $448,724 from the General Fund, $373,937 of which will be <br />reimbursed from a TEA-21 Grant). Resolution No. 2000-116, Resolution Granting Extension of Time for <br />Commencement of Work and Time of Completion of Improvements Pursuant to <br />the Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Public Improvements) for Tract 6929, <br />End of Boxwood Avenue; Subdivider and Owner: Hope Lutheran Church of San <br />Leandro (grants a one-year extension for the subject project; work shall commence <br />on or before July 24,2000 and shall be completed on or before July 24,2001). <br />(2870) <br />
