CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Consent Calendar items are typically routine in nature and are considered for approval <br />by the Redevelopment Agency with one single action. The Redevelopment Agency <br />may remove items from the Consent Calendar for purposes of discussion. Items listed <br />on the Consent Calendar are deemed to have been read by title. <br /> <br />A. Minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 19,2000. Approved as submitted. <br /> <br />B. Minutes of the Special Meeting of June 26,2000. Approved as submitted. <br /> <br />5. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro <br />Approving an Owner Participation Agreement (OP A) Between the San Leandro <br />Redevelopment Agency and Dunavant Enterprises for the Development of <br />Property Located in the West San LeandroIMacArthur Boulevard Redevelopment <br />Project Area at 1937 Davis Street (Formerly Aluserve), Assessor's Parcel Number <br />79A-0395-002-24, for Renovation of the Existing Building for Use as a Cotton <br />Storage Distribution Center (specifies certain upgrades to the site to prepare it for <br />use as a cotton distribution center, including access restrictions, painting, and <br />landscaping) . <br /> <br />Jennifer Andersen gave the staff report. Hanson Horn gave a report regarding the <br />public review process and greater detail regarding the proposed development. <br /> <br />City Council discussion ensued regarding traffic concerns and future use of the <br />site. Staff responded that, if there is a significant change proposed, the issue <br />would be dealt with through an Owner Participation Agreement, and it would <br />come before the Agency for approval. <br /> <br />The following Resolution was introduced: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2000-26, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of San Leandro Approving an Owner Participation <br />Agreement (OP A) Between the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency and <br />Dunavant Enterprises for the Development of Property Located in the West <br />San LeandroIMacArthur Boulevard Redevelopment Project Area at 1937 <br />Davis Street (Formerly Aluserve), Assessor's Parcel Number 79A-0395-002- <br />24, for Renovation of the Existing Building for Use as a Cotton Storage <br />Distribution Center (specifies certain upgrades to the site to prepare it for use <br />as a cotton distribution center, including access restrictions, painting, and <br />landscaping).
