The City Attorney did that five years ago, and the City Attorney
has done that this year.

The following Resolution was then introduced:

Resolution No. 2000-135, Resolution Adopting Space Rent Agreement By and
Between Brandenburg-Staedler Mission Bay Mobilehome Community, the City of
San Leandro, and the Tenants of Mission Bay Mobilehome Community (adopts
new five-year Lease, commencing December 1, 2000).
