Resolution No. 2000-139, Resolution Approving Community Development Block <br />Grant (CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation Services Agreement with Alameda County <br />for Fiscal Year 2000-2001 (provides for continuing the Agreement with Alameda <br />County for single-family Housing Rehabilitation Services during Fiscal Year 2000- <br />2001). Cost: $36,700; CDBG Funds for administrative fees. (1833) <br /> <br />D. Resolution No. 2000-140, Resolution Approving a Community Development <br />Block Grant (CDBG) Service Agreement Between the City of San Leandro and <br />Eden Council for Hope and Opportunity (ECHO Housing) for Fair Housing, <br />Rental Assistance Program (RAP), and TenantILandlord Counseling Services for <br />Fiscal Year 2000-2001 (CDBG-funded Agreement to provide fair housing, rental <br />assistance/security deposit guarantee, and counseling services to be performed by <br />ECHO Housing on behalf of the City).
