Council Member Loeffler reported on his attendance at the Association of Bay <br />Area Governments (ABAG) Conference in San Francisco, which focused on <br />the biomed and biotechnology industry. He suggested that it might be time for <br />the City and Chamber to explore with the schools our approaches to promoting <br />biotechnology. <br /> <br />C. Reports on City Council Committees <br /> <br />1. City and San Lorenzo Unified School District Liaison Committee Meeting of <br />October 3,2000. Accepted as submitted. <br /> <br />2. Rules and Communications Committee Meeting of September 26, 2000. <br />Accepted as submitted. <br /> <br />7.
