Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro <br />Approving a Rehabilitation Loan Agreement with Sara Bagwell and Ruth Rogers, <br />Owners, for the Use of Redevelopment Agency Set-Aside Funds for <br />Improvements to Buildings Located at 15151, 15155, and 15159 Golden Gate <br />Drive (APN 080H-1515-002-01); 15165 and 15169 Golden Gate Drive (APN <br />080H-1515-002-03); 15158 and 15162 Golden Gate Drive (APN 080H-1515-002- <br />06); 15166 and 15170 Golden Gate Drive (APN 080H-1515-002-07) (provides for <br />a $96,900 loan from the Redevelopment Agency and a $17,100 owner <br />contribution for a total project cost of $114,000). <br /> <br />Neusa Pollard, Housing Specialist, gave the staff report and urged approval of the <br />loan agreement. <br /> <br />The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2000-28, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of San Leandro Approving a Rehabilitation Loan <br />Agreement with Sara Bagwell and Ruth Rogers, Owners, for the Use of <br />Redevelopment Agency Set-Aside Funds for Improvements to Buildings <br />Located at 15151, 15155, and 15159 Golden Gate Drive (APN 080H-1515- <br />002-01); 15165 and 15169 Golden Gate Drive (APN 080H-1515-002-03); <br />15158 and 15162 Golden Gate Drive (APN 080H-1515-002-06); 15166 and <br />15170 Golden Gate Drive (APN 080H-1515-002-07) (provides for a $96,900 <br />loan from the Redevelopment Agency and a $17,100 owner contribution for a <br />total project cost of $114,000).
