RoU Call <br /> <br />PRESENT: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Loeffler, Lothrop, Nardine; <br />Mayor Young <br /> <br />ABSENT: Council Member Grant <br /> <br />2. PRESENTATIONSnlECOGNrnONS <br /> <br />The Mayor noted that she had presented a Certificate of Recognition to Terry <br />Haberman for 24 years of service in San Leandro and issued a Commendation for Dan <br />Lunsford, Emergency Services Manager, regarding his retirement from the U.S. <br />Marine Corps after 30 years of service. <br /> <br />The Mayor then commented on the recent City Awards Program in which she <br />presented the 2nd Annual Mayor's Award of Excellence to Susan Kleebauer. She <br />noted the following people had received leadership awards from their respective <br />Council Member Districts on December 11, 2000: <br /> <br />District 1: Ann Hague <br />District 2: Doris Marx <br />District 3: Joe Savio * <br />District 4: Eleanor Bolesworth <br />District 5: Marie Lothrop <br />District 6: Bessie Parafina <br /> <br />* Mr. Savio's award was presented to him by Council Member Nardine during the <br />City Council Meeting. <br /> <br />3. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Public Hearing Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person. When you address the <br />City Council, you should fiU out a speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk so the <br />order of speakers may be determined and an official record of names and addresses <br />obtained. <br /> <br />There were none. <br />
