An authorized <br />representative of the grantee shall sign the first page of the originals of this agreement in <br />ink. <br /> <br />This agreement shall run from its effective date through October 31, 2011 ("the <br />termination date") unless otherwise terminated or amended as provided in this agreement. <br />However, all work shall be completed by October 31, 2006 ("the completion date"). The <br />grantee shall submit a final Request for ]jis bursement no later than December 31, 2006 <br />("the final invoice date"). <br /> <br />AUTHORIZA TION <br /> <br />The signature of the Executive Officer of the Conservancy on this agreement certifies <br />that at its June 16,2005 and April 27; 2006 meetings, the Conservancy adopted the <br />resolutions included in the staff recommendations attached as Exhibits 2 and 3. <br />
