<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE SAN <br />LEANDRO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (DISTRICT) AND THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RECREATION AND HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT (CITY) FOR THE JOINT <br />IMPLEMENTATION AND OPERATION OF THE PROPOSmON 49 AFTER~SCHOOL EDUCATION <br />AND SAFETY (ASES) GRANT PROGRAM. <br /> <br />A Memorandum of Understanding between the City of San Leandro and San Leandro <br />Unified School District, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember <br />day of May 2007, by the following called vote: <br /> <br />and passed and adopted this 21 st <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
