<br />. Customer shall provide the Microsoft 2003 Active Directory Root Domain. <br /> <br />. Customer will provide the space for the pennanent installation of the proposed equipment <br />a minimum of 30 days prior to the initial install. <br /> <br />. Customer will provide all utilities required by the IP Communication System including <br />grounding, telephone facilities (circuits), dedicated electrical power, climate controlled <br />rooms, etc. as well as infonnation relating to configuration of telephone instruments such <br />as features, lines, Direct Inward Dial (DID) numbers, etc. <br /> <br />. Customer is responsible for cabling up to and including patch panels in or adjacent to the <br />rack that will house the IP Communication System and for providing standard 19 inch <br />racks to support the IP Communication System components. <br /> <br />. Customer is responsible for the coordination, installation, and verification ofthe <br />operation of all external communication equipment/materials not provided by ExtraTeam <br />prior to or during the physical installation. This includes but is not limited to existing or <br />new phone lines (Analog or Tl/PRI), and any building to building connectivity. <br /> <br />. Customer will provide all Auto Attendant/Call Center greetings one week in advance of <br />deployment, in writing. ExtraTeam will work with customer based on industry best <br />practices. <br /> <br />. Customer will designate a person to record Auto Attendant greetings during installation. <br />Customer may elect to have ExtraTeam record the initial greeting. <br /> <br />. Customer will coordinate the scheduling of users for training class times and provide the <br />training facilities. <br /> <br />. Customer will be responsible for physical deployment of all phone handsets. Ifthe City <br />wishes to have ExtraTeam do this, it will be quoted and billed separately as an optional <br />item. <br /> <br />. Any changes to the design or equipment list in this proposal presented by Customer will <br />require a change order to the scope of work. A change order could impact the cost ofthe <br />proj ect. <br /> <br />. Delays caused by the lack of completed site preparation or Customer failure to meet any <br />responsibilities specified in this SOW shall be billed at ExtraTeam time and materials <br />rates including travel and other expenses. Any additional costs incurred by Customer as a <br />result of delays shall be the sole responsibility ofthe Customer. <br /> <br />.
