Customer will designate a person to whom ExtraTeam can address all communications <br />and who has the authority to act on all aspects of the Services. Such person shall be <br />identified as the Customer Project Manager. <br /> <br />. Customer will designate a back up to the primary Customer Proj ect Manager who has the <br />same authority when the primary Customer Project Manager is not available. <br /> <br />. Customer will provide 24x7 access to Customer facilities, including where applicable, <br />computer equipment, facilities, workspaces, and telephone for ExtraTeam's use during <br />the Project if required. <br /> <br />. Customer will provide an internet VPN connection where the equipment will be installed <br />and customer can delete ExtraTeam access at any time. <br /> <br />.
