All exterior mechanical equipment such as air conditioninglheating units and <br />radio/television antennas shall be screened from view so as not to be visible from <br />adjacent properties or streets to the satisfaction of the Zoning Enforcement <br />Official. This condition shall not apply to wireless cable receivers that do not <br />exceed three feet in diameter. <br /> <br />C. Barbed or razor wire shall not be installed on any fence or buildings on the project <br />site. <br /> <br />IX. CONSTRUCTION PROVISIONS <br /> <br />A. Construction activity shall not create dust, noise, or safety hazards for adjacent <br />properties. Dirt and mud shall not be tracked onto West Avenue 134, Memo Street, <br />Doolittle Drive or any nearby streets from the project site. <br /> <br />X. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> <br />A. All garages shall have electronic, remote control garage door openers. <br /> <br />B. There shall be no outside storage of any type in the landscaped areas and driveways. <br />Those areas shall be kept free of obstruction and available for their designated use at <br />all times. <br /> <br />C. Prior to issuance of building permit, fmal plans shall specify the designated areas <br />inside the garage for all trash bins and recycle bins for each duplex. Said bins shall <br />not obstruct vehicle circulation or parking inside the garage. All trash bins and <br />recycle bins shall be kept out of public view for each duplex unit. <br /> <br />D. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as the <br />Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of <br />Alameda County. <br /> <br />E.
