<br />DISCUSSION: <br /> <br />As noted above, the project has potential impacts related to air quality; biological resources; <br />seismicity; hydrology and water quality; noise; and transportation, but mitigation measures have been <br />adopted to reduce potential impacts to a less-than-significant level. As noted in Section IV <br />Biological Resources, measures will protect listed and sensitive species, such as the salt marsh <br />harvest mouse, clapper rail, and salmonid fish. Users of the new trail and bridge will be subject to <br />noise from aircraft using the Oakland International Airport, but these impacts have been found to be <br />less than significant.
