COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br /> <br />A. The project shall comply with Exhibits A through E, attached to the staff report <br />dated December 21,2006, except as hereinafter modified. (Exhibits are on file at the <br />City of San Leandro, Community Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, <br />San Leandro, California, 94577). <br /> <br />Exhibit A - Site Plan <br />Exhibit B - Additional Two-Family Floor Plans <br />Exhibit C - Additional Two-Family Elevations <br />Exhibit D - Existing Single-Family As-Built Floor Plan <br />Exhibit E - Existing Single-Family As-Built Elevations <br /> <br />B. The applicant and/or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br />successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is <br />informed of its terms and conditions. <br /> <br />C. All conditions of approval for Site Plan Review, PLN2003-00083, shall remain in <br />full effect, except as modified by this conditional use permit. Prior to issuance of <br />Final Occupancy for the two-family dwelling the shutters to the windows on the <br />north (front) elevation of the additional two-family dwelling shall be installed per <br />PLN2003-00083. <br /> <br />II. PERMITTED USES <br /> <br />A. This Conditional Use Permit is an approval to convert one existing single-family <br />home and a two-family home into a condominium to allow for individual ownership <br />of the three units at 2124-2126-2128 West Avenue 133, also known as Alameda <br />County Assessor's Parcel Number 79A-574-15. <br /> <br />B. Prior to issuance of Final Occupancy for the two-family dwelling, the illegal lean-to <br />structure at the rear of the single-family home, unauthorized vehicle <br />parking/storage, and all unrelated outdoor storage on the subject property shall be <br />removed, with the exception of plants and patio furniture. <br /> <br />III. SITE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />A. Prior to approval of the final parcel map and condominium plan, a California <br />licensed landscape architect shall develop and submit landscape and irrigation plans <br />for the property, including all setbacks, private yards, common areas, and the <br />parkway strip between the curb and the sidewalk on West Avenue 133, subject to <br /> <br />Agreement to Conditions <br />PLN2006-00057 <br /> <br />December 21, 2006 <br />Page 3 of7 <br />
