<br />. 2040 Williams. The former Kelloggs property was sold to Broadreach and plans for <br />demolition and renovation are being finalized. Renovation plans include <br />architectural, landscaping and parking improvements. Broadreach's goal is to lease <br />to a food manufacturer. <br /> <br />. Simpson Strong Tie, 1470 - 1530 Doolittle Drive. This site is currently in escrow <br />and there is strong tenant interest. <br /> <br />. Scott Mechanical, 1717 Doolittle Drive. Plans have been submitted to renovate this <br />building, including new landscaped areas, parking improvements, and updates to the <br />existing office building fronting Doolittle Drive. <br /> <br />. 1951 Fairway. Plans have been submitted for a new 65,000 square foot warehouse at <br />1951 Fairway. The plans include landscaping which will improve the frontage of the <br />property. This is the first new industrial development in San Leandro in seven years. <br /> <br />. Wal-Mart, 15555 Hesperian Boulevard. Wal-Mart, the current leaseholder of the <br />old Target store at 15555 Hesperian Boulevard, is in the process of obtaining <br />approval for demolition of the fornler Kragen building and cosmetic renovations to <br />the site, including painting, screening of mechanical equipment, and landscaping of <br />parking lot.
