<br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> <br />PLN2007-00010 <br />1717 Doolittle Drive <br />Doolittle Williams LLC, applicant and property owner <br /> <br />I. COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br /> <br />A. The property owner shall comply with Exhibit A and B dated May 3, 2007, except <br />as hereinafter modified. (Copies of Exhibit A are on file in the Community <br />Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California). <br /> <br />Exhibit A - Site Plan <br />Exhibit B - Yard Site Plan <br /> <br />B. The applicant and/or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br />successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this conditional use permit <br />approval is informed of its terms and conditions. <br /> <br />II. PERMITTED USE <br /> <br />A. This conditional use permit approval allows outdoor storage for a term of not more <br />than three years (expiration on May 3,2010) within an existing approximately 1.5- <br />acre outdoor yard, in conjunction with a building materials and services business at <br />the rear of 1717 Doolittle Drive; Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Number 79A- <br />541-10. <br /> <br />B. Requests to extend the term of the use permit approval beyond the three year <br />limitation, or to change or expand the areas where outdoor storage is permitted, shall <br />be provided in writing to the Community Development Director, who may refer the <br />matter back to the Board of Zoning Adjustments for their consideration. <br /> <br />C. Activities on the site shall not begin before 5 a.m. and shall cease by no later than 10 <br />p.m., Mondays through Fridays, and activities on Saturdays shall not begin before 8 <br />a.m. and shall cease by no later than 6 p.m. There shall be no work at the site on <br />Sundays or FederaVState holidays, with the exception of an emergency response <br />requested by a public safety agency. <br /> <br />D. Activities on site shall operate in compliance with San Leandro's Noise <br />Ordinance as specified in Article 11, Chapter 4 of the San Leandro Municipal <br />Code. <br /> <br />E. A mandatory six-month review of this Conditional Use approval shall be provided <br />to the Board of Zoning Adjustments to determine if noise, whether from <br />equipment or persons, are disturbing the surrounding properties. <br /> <br />Agreement to Conditions <br />PLN2007 -00010 <br /> <br />May 3,2007 <br />Page 3 of5 <br />
