<br />.. <br /> <br />F. There shall be no metal transport storage containers used or stored on the property. <br />There shall be no storage of vehicles unrelated to the business operation or storage <br />of vehicles not registered to the business operation occupying the site. <br /> <br />G. There shall be no outdoor storage of scaffolding or other materials outside of the <br />two areas designated on Exhibit B for storage, nor shall scaffolding or other <br />materials be stacked to a height exceeding 14 feet tall. <br /> <br />H. All off-loading or on-loading shall occur on the property, within the confines of <br />the storage yard. <br /> <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />A. A building permit is required for the temporary office trailer prior to its <br />establishment on the property. Plans submitted for the building permit shall <br />include a detailed site plan for the entire yard and shall specifically indicate the <br />use of all structures on the site. <br /> <br />IV. FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />A. The site plan submitted for the building permit shall clarify the use of all <br />structures within the fenced storage yard area. <br /> <br />B. Please indicate on the plans submitted for a building permit how the office trailer <br />will comply with the requirements of Fire Code Section 902 for fire access. <br /> <br />C. A Knox Padlock will be required at each of two entry gates from the Williams <br />Street frontage. <br /> <br />D. Please indicate on the plans submitted for building permit the location and details <br />of the address sign. <br /> <br />E. It should be noted that the property contains a fire pump and above ground fuel <br />tank that supply the sprinkler system to the building. Access to these devices <br />must be maintained at all times. <br /> <br />V. MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />A. The project site shall be well maintained and shall be kept free oflitter and debris at <br />all times. <br /> <br />B. Any graffiti shall be promptly removed from building walls, windows or doors or <br />fence screening. <br /> <br />C.
