<br />, <br /> <br />D. All landscaping along the Williams Street frontage must be maintained in a <br />healthy and growing condition at all times. Any damaged or dead plant material <br />shall be promptly replaced with a plant material similar in type and comparable in <br />size to the plante s) being removed. <br /> <br />VI. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />A. No new lighting shall be established on the site without prior review and approval <br />by the Zoning Enforcement Official to assure that the lighting is shielded or directed <br />away from the residential properties to the south, and existing lights shall not be <br />modified or adjusted in a manner which would direct glare towards the residential <br />properties to the south. <br /> <br />B. Prior to issuance of a building permit for the temporary office, a final striping and <br />circulation plan shall be submitted for review and approval to ensure the proposed <br />parking areas meet the City's Standards for size of the spaces and that adequate <br />driveway width is provided. <br /> <br />C. An on-site path with a minimum of 24 feet in width shall be maintained for <br />emergency vehicle access. <br /> <br />D. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as the <br />Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of <br />Alameda County. <br /> <br />E. No application for amendment of the application or Conditions of Approval may be <br />submitted or accepted for processing by the City unless (i) there is full compliance <br />with all terms of the application and Conditions of Approval; or (ii) the <br />Development Services Director waives compliance with the terms of the application <br />and Conditions of Approval pending application for amendment. <br /> <br />F.
