This will reduce both the traffic and <br />emissions generated by neighborhood residents who would otherwise have to drive farther to <br />satisfy their grocery needs. <br /> <br />As the above demonstrates, Grocery Outlet is a neighborhood grocery store and, <br />therefore, is a permitted use which does not need planning entitlements. Because the <br />Moratorium exempts such projects from its scope, we request that you issue the building <br />permits necessary for Grocery Outlet to rearrange shelves and install the coolers within the <br />store in order to open and begin serving e the needs of neighborhood residents. <br /> <br />We look forward to your determination that Grocery Outlet's proposed Project is not <br />subject to the Moratorium.
