The above-referenced site is currently a vacant <br />Albertsons and will be remodeled. Specifically, this analysis assumes a 2007 opening date and <br />favorable site characteristics (including visibility, ingress/egress, parking, and signage). In <br />addition, local household data provided by the 2000 Census and updated by Maplnfo <br />demographics was used to calculate the current and projected trade area household base resulting <br />in a moderate annual household growth rate. <br /> <br />Based on our in-office analysis, the following table presents a summary of our weekly projected <br />sales estimate: <br /> <br />Est.
